Full Coaching Block
Full Refund: up to 7 days after booking
75% Refund: up to 7 days prior to 1st Coaching Session
No Refund: Less than 7 days prior to 1st Coaching Session
Cancellation of individual sessions
Up to 48 hours prior to session: sessions can be rescheduled using the online link in the email reminders
Less than 48 hours prior: Sessions cannot be rescheduled or cancelled and no refund will be given
Hypnotherapy & NLP Sessions
Up to 48 hours prior to session: A full refund will be given
Less than 48 hours prior to session: No refund will be given
A reminder email will be sent 48 hours prior to all sessions which has a link to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations can also be made by emailing debs@debsdavies.com

Payment Information
Payment Terms: For all Hypnotherapy and NLP sessions, payment is made in full at the time of booking. For Accelerated Life Coaching (2 days), payment is also made in full at the time of booking. For 6-week life coaching payment can be made in two instalments and for the 12-week package payment can be made in up to three instalments. Longer instalment options are not available. The first instalment is made at the time of booking and the payment plan is set up using Worldpay FuturePay.
Payment Plans: Where applicable, payment plans will be set up using Worldpay FuturePay. The first instalment will be paid at the time of booking. Subsequent instalments will be made monthly on the 1st day of the month and will be set for the specifically agreed number of instalments. If an instalment is not made, services will cease.
